All items are  shipped out for delivery just before the holiday. We want your items to be as fresh as possible!  We guarantee arrival in perfect condition to the addresses given on your orders. Expedited shipping is available for orders close to the holiday, please check ground transit times to make sure your package will reach its destination in time!

Returns & Replacements

Issues must be reported via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Claims for orders returned because of incorrect recipient shipping information submitted by the customer will not be honored. It is a customer’s responsibility to provide www.mykoshergifts.com with correct shipping information.

If an item arrives broken, we will replace it to the best of our ability. As some items sell-out, we may make substitutions.

While we do our best to make sure you and your friends/family receive order(s) in a timely manner, we rely on UPS & USPS for professional delivery service. Although rare, UPS & USPS does occasionally have delivery issues. If UPS & USPS attempts delivery and fails, www.mykoshergifts.com will not be held responsible.
